GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

- LOYALTY PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION
Charney Manor's loyalty programme (the Programme) is designed to enable its Members to enjoy various discounts and benefits (as described below) during their stay at the Manor.
- PROGRAMME MEMBERSHIP
2.1. Registering as a Programme Member
A Customer may join Charney Manor's Loyalty Scheme Programme in any of the following ways:
- During his/her stay at Charney Manor
- By calling the office on 01235868206
- By emailing sales@charneymanor.com
2.1. Conditions of Membership
The Programme is open to all persons who are 18 years old and above. Membership is free of charge.
At registration, each Member will receive a specific personal discount code, which will be send to the Member by email. All Memberships start at Basic and will only be upgraded to Gold when reaching eligibility. The discount code is for the use of the member only, it cannot be transferred, loaned or sold.
A valid email address is required to join the Programme. Two or more Members may not use the same email address. By joining the Programme, the Member agrees to receive electronic communications relating to the operation of, and services offered by, the Programme, including information messages, and information regarding the operation of the Membership. If the Member no longer wishes to receive this information, which is considered essential to Programme operation, the Member shall inform Charney Manor by email.
Programme Members accept that the Programme may be modified, totally or partially, at any time. Members will be notified of any changes a month prior to the change been made.
When registering for the membership, new members will sign to accept the Programmes General conditions of use, either online or at Charney Manor office, depending on conditions for joining.
Once accepted, the Member will benefit fully from all Programme services.
- CODE USE
In order to enjoy the various benefits that come with being a Member, Members must use their discount code when booking directly through the Charney Manor website to benefit from the discount. If the member requires a late check out or early check in or a bedroom upgrade, these need to be requested at the time of booking and will always be subject to availability.
- MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Any breach by a Member of these Conditions of Use, abusive communication, falsified information and/or detrimental or objectionable behaviour (malicious or insulting behaviour towards staff or customers) will result in a Member's Programme membership being terminated without notice.
- SPECIAL OFFERS & PROMOTIONAL RATES
Members discounts will always be higher than any advertised promotions.
- VALIDITY OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership runs from 1st of January - 31st December each year. Charney Manor will not automatically renew your membership. A member will require to reregister to qualify for the next years membership.
- MEMBERSHIP STATUS
There are two levels of membership:
Basic Member
Gold Member: Gold Member level is only achieved after 20 stays or 40 nights in a single calendar year
Members may at anytime access a higher Status if they reach the required Eligibility. When Eligibility is reached, then a Gold Member will be given his/her new code and access to additional benefits.

7% Discount with use of personalised code
Late Check out at 11.00 am
Early Check in at 1.00 pm
Gold Members
8% Discount with use of personalised code
Late Check out at 12.00 pm
Early Check in at 12.00 pm
Room Upgrades available
Recommend a Friend to receive a further 2 % discount.
8.1 Additional Benefits
Late check out /early check in/ room upgrades, will need to be requested at the time of booking, under the notes section. These options are always subject to availability and are never guaranteed. Charney Manor will do their best to ensure that your requests are met where possible.
All bookings are subject to availability. As a member you will have priority to availability, but it will never guarantee you a booking. Members will also have access to accommodation that becomes available due to cancellations.
- SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION TERMS AND PROCEDURES
9.1. Termination by the Member
A Member may decide to withdraw from the Programme at any time. A Member may terminate his/her membership by sending an email stating that he/she wishes to terminate his/her membership in the Programme
9.2. Suspension or termination by Charney Manor
Any breach of Programmes Conditions of Use by a Member may, at Charney Manor's discretion:
- lead to the temporary suspension of the individual's membership for a period to be decided by the Manager, which cannot exceed three (3) months or termination.
- PROGRAMME COMMUNICATIONS
Members are reminded that by becoming a Member of the Programme, they agree to receive electronic communications associated with the operation and services offered by the Programme (information messages, code changes etc.). If the Member no longer wishes to receive this information, which is deemed essential for Programme operation, he/she must ask to leave the Programme. The Member must notify the Programme of any change of email or postal address, name, or any other relevant information.
11.PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal information regarding the Member collected at the time of registration or during his/her membership in the Programme is processed by Charney Manor, for the purposes corresponding to the execution of the programme terms and conditions and, based on legitimate interest and may occasionally be used for direct marketing activities.
